Hi,

Good day, My name is Lorem De Jesus, A rider. Let me cut the chase short and get to the point.

I have some few question for you guys to answer.

Whats the qualification of a standard helmet?

What if my helmet doesn't have this ICC sticker BUT the brand is listed on your "approved brand of helmet list"?

The reason I'm asking is I really find it senseless. Why?

Araw araw po akong nag mo-motor at marami akong nakikitang mga helmet na may ICC STICKER na hindi karapat dapat lagyan ng ICC sticker. Ang basehan ba para masabing STANDARD ang helmet mo ay ang ICC sticker?

Maraming hndi nakaka alam na rider regarding this helmet "standardization" pero still, ipinagpatuloy nyo pa ding i-implement ang batas na ito nitong nakaraang Jan 1, 2013.

Nagbigay kayo ng time expansion para sa stickers but my really point is.

Bakit kailangan ng sticker ng mga helmet na nasa "list of approved brands" nyo kung ito ay approved na?

Sana ay mapagtuunan nyo ng pansin ang aking liham.

I don't represent any organization or federation. I'm just another rider, who just want to clarify things out..
